    Our services are subscription-based and our strategy allows us to keep prices low while providing excellent social media content and management.

    Service providers (physicians, technicians, etc.) and agencies (firms, marketing, consulting, etc.) seem to really value – and have a need – for our services. But we’ll gladly accommodate retailers and organizations as well (and, in fact do).

    If your business or clinic or company or organization believes it needs to be posting multiple times a day, chances are Meteora is probably not a good fit. We would likely encourage them to hire staff and grow a team internally.

  • Yep! If you don’t love Meteora, you can cancel anytime and your subscription will not be renewed. We will remain committed to fulfilling subscription services (all posts, boosts, management, and communication) until the last day of your current subscription.

  • One of our platforms outstanding benefits is the speed with which we setup your account, integrate our system, and begin our due diligence to research your business, industry, and brand to quickly begin our design analysis and social post creation. Due to the amount of energy our team expends in these first few days, we will only honor a refund of your initial monthly payment, if you cancel within the first hour of subscribing.

  • None of our designs, posts, copywriting, or content will ever knowingly share noncompliant private information concerning patients and/or peoples. We will only share reviews that have already been posted on Google, Facebook, Birdeye, Yelp, etc. by the users themselves.

    All practices, physicians, brands, and companies are 100% responsible for verifying HIPAA compliance when requesting Meteora to post stories, testimonials, news, or updates on social media on their behalf.

  • If you need support beyond what our subscriptions currently provide, we would be glad to have a conversation and see what we can do!

    We do encourage our customers to try our standard subscriptions before requesting a custom plan.

  • Yes, we provide reseller services (that is, we are willing to let you sell our services through your agency) and have pricing suggestions to effectively offer this service to your clients. You (the agency) will primarily be responsible for the “Customer Relationship” and we will pretty much take care of the rest.

  • Yes, absolutely. We work with several franchises and multi-location businesses, so we are accustomed to servicing their unique needs.

    Brand consistency is super important and we offer that piece of mind for sure. We also offer discount thresholds depending on the amount of locations you’d like to subscribe to Meteora.

  • Each month, clients may have the need to request that we post a specific type of post, i.e. a special promotion, update, or news. Requests can be made by filling out our simple ‘Custom Post Request Form’.

  • Our service is supported by an incredible team that is decentralized. However, the majority of our team resides and/or meets in Woodstock, GA just north of Atlanta.
